Mr Brook is Canadian. He has written scores for many films, including An Inconvenient Truth. Perhaps more famously, he is inventor of the ‘infinite guitar‘. I can’t explain how it works, but it allows the player to continue a note for as long as required.
Some of Brook’s collaborations are soundtracks are, um, OK, but his solo work is often wonderful. To look out for in particular are Cobalt Blue, but I love RockPaperScissors.
